The display case is artfully arranged to reflect what's in stock that particular day. Customers can see what's available while the fish is kept in a cooler that has a lower temperature; "ideal conditions". The staff is always friendly and ready in a second to offer the customer cooking tips, recipes or general information on the fish they are about to buy. Our challenge is to seek out a variety of at least 20 of the very best fish we can find every morning. Phone orders, faxes, and e-mail are recommended early, as we purposely sell out of most of our fish by 5:00 PM. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.
